6. Payments & Refunds

Subscription & Payment Terms

You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected Talk Digital services.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Monthly or annual billing cycles apply unless otherwise specified in writing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
✅ A refund request is made within 14 days of signing up.
✅ At least one service request has been submitted, and feedback provided.

Refunds are not applicable:
❌ After the 14-day trial period.
❌ On renewals, completed services, or unused time in a billing cycle.
❌ Once you download or approve any delivered design or service work.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to our services until your current billing cycle ends.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and digital materials created while you are a paying client are owned by you.
You must provide all necessary assets, brand materials, and permissions for content created on your behalf.
You agree not to submit copyrighted or trademarked material unless you have legal rights to use it.

Talk Digital retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

8. Service Delivery & Expectations

We strive to complete projects on time and with high quality, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
If delays occur due to a lack of feedback, missing assets, or client-side issues, Talk Digital is not liable for missed deadlines.
Clients must review all work upon delivery. We are not responsible for any business losses due to errors in approved work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talk Digital is not liable for:

Any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Data loss due to unauthorised access, hacking, or force majeure.
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

If found liable, our maximum liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect client confidentiality and will not share your data with third parties without permission.
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You can request data deletion by contacting us at admin@talkdigital.com.au.

11. Changes & Corrections

Talk Digital may update pricing, service terms, or website content at any time without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors or outdated information.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
